Warren Gerds, theatre critic for the Green Bay Press-Gazette, gave “DreamBound” 3 1/2 stars in his review this week.
“Inventiveness and imagination rule in Venture Theatre’s new, original and quite bizarre musical, “DreamBound.”
“…wow – wonderful stuff abounds (in a Venture Theatre/makeshift kind of way).”
“It’s a technically difficult show to do, which makes the production all the more impressive.”

Warren Gerds, theatre critic for the Green Bay Press-Gazette, had good things to say about the One Act Festival and Venture Theatre in general:
“While the plays tell a variety of tales (most comical), the presentations are not a hodgepodge but disciplined theater.”
“How cool is it to have a theater with fresh, well-played, imaginative productions as this? Way cool.”
“The plays are often single ideas that wouldn’t make a full-length play, but they’re worthy to unfold in 5 to 20 minutes. They create an impressive collection of hoots.”
