Black Peter returns to Green Bay – December 2-17
The darkly comedic musical holiday tale “Black Peter” begins a three weekend run on December 2nd at Venture Theatre in downtown De Pere.
The musical follows the rise and fall of Black Peter, Santa’s dark dealing elf. Nowadays, the “naughty” kids don’t realize how good they’ve got it. They don’t even get coal anymore. Hundreds of years ago, they would get a visit from Black Peter. He would dole out punishments in the form of whippings, abductions or possibly even take you into the woods and eat you! Hilarity ensues.
“Black Peter” was written by Pat Quigley and debuted at Venture Theatre in 2005. The show has since been produced in New York and Chicago.

The new location is 353 Main Ave. in downtown De Pere (across the street and a few doors East of our old location). The main entrance is located off the parking lot on the Reid Street side of the building.
